In addition to going to Yellowstone, we spend some time in the Badlands. What a different world that is. It looks like something out of an old sci-fi set. If you couldn’t see the “normal” area surrounding the Badlands, you’d swear that you are on some alien planet. It is really quite remarkable. Not surprising, there wasn’t many people visiting, and I get the impression that this isn’t a major tourist attraction. Below are some pictures from our visit.
