I’m proud of Amy. It wasn’t fifteen minutes after she learned about the Women’s March in Washington DC that we had hotel reservations. We drove up earlier in the week so I could work out of Cisco’s DC office. On Saturday, I dropped her off at the metro and wished her a safe day.

While Amy was marching, Adrian and I were up at the National Aquarium in Baltimore. After a lot of fish and one submarine tour, we headed back to DC and picked up Amy. She made it safely through the march.

It is important that all voices are heard right now in American politics, and I’m proud that Amy was a part of something much larger.
